Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by The Prime Office to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.
Our Business
The Prime Office is a leading global provider of fully serviced office space and virtual office solutions. With over 90 locations worldwide, we offer flexible and professional services including private office space, business address services, phone answering, and meeting room rentals.
Our Commitment
The Prime Office is committed to ethical business conduct and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are dedicated to ensuring that our supply chains and business practices are free from exploitation.
Policies and Due Diligence
We maintain and regularly review internal policies that promote ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable laws, including:
- A Code of Conduct that sets out expectations for employee behavior and integrity.
- A Supplier Code of Ethics, requiring all partners and vendors to adhere to ethical labor practices.
- A Whistleblower Policy that encourages employees and third parties to report concerns about unethical or illegal conduct.
We conduct due diligence on our suppliers to assess risks related to labor practices and work only with vendors who meet our ethical standards. Where appropriate, we request suppliers to confirm their own compliance with anti-slavery laws.
Training and Awareness
We provide training to relevant employees on identifying and addressing risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking, and we continue to raise awareness of ethical sourcing and responsible labor practices across the business.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to continually reviewing and enhancing our processes to mitigate the risk of modern slavery. As we expand our operations, we will continue to strengthen our governance, risk assessment, and supplier engagement frameworks.
