  • Hot desks and dedicated desks in shared office environments.
  • Access to high-speed internet, printing services, and communal areas.
2.4. Meeting Rooms
  • Bookable meeting spaces equipped with audio-visual tools.
  • Catering services available upon request.
2.5. Address Services
  • Professional business address for registration and correspondence.
  • Mail scanning, forwarding, or storage.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1. Pricing
  • Fees for services are outlined in the Client’s agreement.
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.
3.2. Payment Terms
  • Payments are due in advance unless specified otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.
3.3. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are not provided for unused services unless explicitly stated.
3.4. Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit may be required for certain services.
  • The deposit will be returned upon termination of the agreement, subject to deductions for damages or outstanding payments.
4. Client Obligations

  • Premises must be used solely for lawful business activities.
  • Clients must adhere to building regulations and safety policies.
4.2. Maintenance and Conduct
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Misconduct or damage to property may result in termination of services.
4.3. Confidentiality
  • Clients must respect the confidentiality of other tenants and the Company’s operations.
5. Company Rights and Obligations
5.1. Service Provision
  • The Company will provide services as outlined in the agreement.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify service offerings.
5.2. Premises Access
  • The Company may restrict access to premises for maintenance or security purposes.
  • Advance notice will be provided where possible.
5.3. Termination
  • The Company may terminate the agreement for breach of terms or non-payment.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Force Majeure
  • The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control.
